As the dancing rays fell onto the leaves,

And the sounds of winds echoed through the trees,

 The blossoming flowers that whispered the promise of freshness,

 All rejoicing in the arrival of a Sunkissed Summer

Take a walk through the forests of India, it’s exotic flowers growing on strong and fearless trees that sing songs of ancient folklore passed down from generation to generations

 It is one such story that inspired our Spring/Summer 19 Collection, A.K Ramanujan’s ‘A flowering Tree’ that is a retelling of an old tale narrated by the women in the Karnataka region of India. Proudly introduced by Kangana Ranaut, this collection is a breadth of fresh air and brings to life all of nature’s beautiful bounty, with a modern twist.

The SS19 colour palette is fresh and vibrant, think cheery yellows and stunning reds with brilliant color blocks in hues of moss green, coral and aqua. A mix of delicate floral prints and bird motifs on easy breathable fabrics will leave you feeling beautiful and comfortable at the same time.

Global Desi’s summer collection includes easy Kurta’s and tunics in bright colours and delicate embroideries, accentuated by a range of tiered bohemian dresses and jumpsuits with fun two piece sets and young trendy tops.
