United States Department Of Education; Nelnet

The Ethos of good Financial Practices

The following is showing real evidence that loans are given by the Department of Education and Nelnet is the agency that deals with those loans.

Evidence of Department of Education/ Nelnet

Department of Education makes loans to potential individuals that get accepted into educational institutions of the collegiate level such as Arizona State University.

The following is of Nelnet:

These two established are government and private.

Let's dive in on Ethos.

Ethos -the distinguishing character, sentiment, moral nature, or guiding beliefs of a person, group, or institution

There's two ways to see a connection within the Department of Education and Nelnet managing a Government to Citizen established trust/agreement, and the of giving of Nelnet to manage such commitment of financial obligation to a Government entity to then a private institution.

A philosophic view and a financial principal view.

We may start with the political demographics of the two organizations: Department of Education and Nelnet for philosophic stances.

Department of Education is located with 400 Maryland Avenue, SW Washington, D.C. 20202. In the Presidential Election of 2020, Washington D.C. went Democrat.

Nelnet is located in Lincoln, Nebraska. There is various P.O. Box addresses and organization of certain addresses for certain causes in the administration of the business.

We see on a political side that there are two areas of Democrat majority represented areas of Nelnet, however the headquarters/base is chiefly/predominantly Republican.

Personally, my account is Democrat to Democrat State, California to Oregon, but ultimately answers to Republican controlled Nebraska due to Nelnet. My account starts with E, yet Forbearance is in Republican controlled State. See to second caption at beginning as proof.

This shows the Ven Diagram that in existence is the establishment of the Department of Education and Nelnet.

The Department of Education is not a Leviathan.

Nelnet is the private institution that the Department of Education uses for loan management.

However, the misrepresentation is not of good ethos with Nelnet and the Department of Education.

The following records are to show gaps in processing the payment of student loans. Two financial notes to take into place: Currently loans are in Covid-19 Pandemic Forbearance; Student Loan Pandemic Forbearance moved up from March to now February 11th, 2021.

Nelnet Financial Principals/Practices are questioned of Good Ethos and in turn, brings forth the Wellness of the Department of Education.

Two points of philosophical debate and financial practices: 1. Processing of Loans and their ability not to be processed by Nelnet on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. 2. Loan Forbearance moving up once beyond in time of Pandemic of Covid-19 and current state as of November 6, 2020.

Witness the gaps of processing,

There is three days that loan payments do not get processed: Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

That allows interest to accrue on a higher principal amount than real time is due to leveraging payments. This is allowing interest to be used as a profit on the loans used for education.

There is a connection of the Department of Education and Nelnet establishing this practice that is misrepresenting the Financial Performance and Obligation of the Citizen.

This ethos is not acceptable.

Philosophically, the student shall be John Locke and of such Labor Theory of Value shall indeed prosper with such accurate representation.

The then to blame is to whom?

One may say the Department of Education, Nelnet, or the latter of the two.

Can one trust as a consumer to invest into the Government, yet in turn, is misleading it's speech of it's citizens with lack of processing student loans for education from a private institution?

What is to the then second point that a deadline was moved forward in a time of the Pandemic is showing no real public relief other than mitigation?

I say the President is of the such and such must be executive ordered to eliminate such Financial Practice of misprocessing and eliminate drawbacks of set dates.
