The agent's quickness and patience truly impressed me; in only a few minutes, they had located a different flight that worked with his schedule and provided a thorough explanation of all the adjustments, including updated boarding information and ticket differences.
Additionally, my uncle had a question concerning baggage regulations, and the staff's thorough and understandable responses enabled him to pack for his trip. He was relieved, knowledgeable, and appreciative of the in-person assistance when he left the office.
He was unable to stop raving about how much less stressful the experience was than calling a helpline. His journey was genuinely made easier and more pleasurable by the Bristol Allegiant Air Office. Real people still go above and above for consumers, which is wonderful to know.
