Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Sociomix, our commitment is to deliver a seamless and satisfactory experience for our clients. This policy outlines the terms regarding cancellations and refunds applicable to all services offered by Sociomix, including but not limited to the sale of digital and non-digital products, tangible goods, and all forms of advertising. Please review this policy carefully before engaging with our services.

Cancellation Policy

Clients wishing to cancel a scheduled service must notify Sociomix via email at cancellation@sociomix.com at least two (2) days before the scheduled commencement of the service. Upon receiving a cancellation request, the service will be terminated, and no further provisions will be executed. Notably, cancellation does not entitle the client to a refund.

Refund Policy

Payments are required in advance of the service start date. Once payment is received and the service is initiated or the product is delivered, Sociomix will not issue refunds. If a service cancellation is requested, the service may be discontinued, but refunds remain inapplicable.

Service Adjustments

Clients may request adjustments to their services. While Sociomix will consider such requests, we do not guarantee that adjustments will be made. All modifications must adhere to Sociomix's policies and guidelines.
