Hello! Just returned from a family vacation and wanted to post a wonderful experience about Air France Toronto Pearson International Airport. We were departing out of Terminal 1 and truly, it was one of the smoothest airport experiences we've ever had. Air France check-in was amazingly quick, and the employees were so friendly – even getting us all three seats together when we forgot to check in ahead of time. My family to take care of, I was incredibly thankful for how easy everything went. The terminal provided ample seating, some kid-friendly treats nearby, and clean washrooms. Our boarding procedure was timely, and they let families board early, which was a huge help for getting settled. It all just felt very professional and considerate. We were already relaxed before we even got on the plane. Definitely suggesting this flight to friends!
