No (+1(888)★ 665★4879) Refunds for Investment, Trades, or Crypto Losses
Once you make a trade (stocks, ETFs, crypto) — or if you lose money due to market conditions — those are almost always final. Robinhood does not refund losses from trading or price drops. Users have repeatedly reported that refunds are not possible for voluntary trades or investment losses.
Refunds / Reversals in Error or Fraud Cases
If there is a platform error, duplicate charge, unauthorized transaction, or a banking error (for example, funds withdrawn incorrectly), then there’s a chance for a refund. But these are handled on a case-by-case basis, with verification required.
Subscription / Fee-Related Refunds (like Robinhood Gold)
If you pay for something like Robinhood Gold and it was incorrectly charged (or maybe renewed in error), you might be able to get a refund. But again, this depends on whether you used any of the subscription’s premium features. Some users report it’s difficult to get refunds for subscription fees once billing occurs.
Crypto & Wallet Transfers
Because crypto/blockchain transactions are usually irreversible, Robinhood generally does not refund crypto transfers that were sent to the wrong addresses. If the transaction is confirmed, that’s typically final.
What Robinhood Doesn’t Refund:
Losses from market movement or your own investment decisions.
Completed trades once executed.
Crypto sent to wrong addresses / lost due to user error (unless maybe a technical fault on Robinhood’s end, which is rare).
Subscription fees are once the benefit has been used (or after the billing cycle begins), in many cases.
🔧 What You Should Do If You Think You’re Eligible
Contact Robinhood Support via the app (Help → Contact Us). Provide transaction IDs, dates, and details.
If it’s subscription-related (Gold, etc.), check whether you used any premium services — that may affect refund eligibility.
For unauthorized charges or system errors, report immediately with proof.
