Hi there! Traveling United Airlines LGA Terminal was really a good experience. The terminal is clean and simple to get around, and it's like a giant step up from the previous days. Check-in was a breeze thanks to United's app and self-service machines. Security went quickly, and the agents were courteous and professional. The gate area was plenty roomy, had ample outlets, and even a couple decent dining options, which is always a bonus. Boarding was efficient, and the attendants were cheerful and concise with directions. My flight departed on the dot and the crew was friendly and attentive during the entire flight. I appreciated how much more relaxed the entire experience was in comparison to other NYC airports. If you're flying out of United, you're in for a surprise. It's clean, it's efficient, and much less stressful than I anticipated. Clearly a thumbs up from me!
