Ines Nasri has built her one-of-a-kind career on the belief that digital education is the foundation of modern business success. She is a Tunisian entrepreneur, strategist, and public speaker based in the United States, known internationally for helping organizations understand modern technologies and apply them in practical, measurable ways. As the founder and chief executive of WebPower Digital Marketing Agency in Tunisia (established in 2007) and WebPower USA LLC in the United States (launched in 2019), she has shaped a professional journey that spans multiple continents and reflects her long-standing commitment to innovation and leadership. Her achievements have earned recognition from global platforms, including membership in the Forbes Business Council, a place among the Leaders of Influence named by the Los Angeles Business Journal, and inclusion in Marquis Who’s Who.
Ines’s story began in Tunis, where she grew up with a strong interest in both technology and business. She earned an engineering degree in computer science from Tunis El Manar University, graduating first in her class in May 2004. Her early studies provided the technical foundation she later combined with strategic thinking. From October 2004 to March 2005, she trained at the Practical School of Commerce under the Tunisia Chamber of Commerce, where she received hands-on instruction in business creation and commercial operations.
She continued her education with a master’s degree in entrepreneurship and innovation management at the Tunisian National School of Engineering, completing the program in July 2007 and once again graduating first in her class. As part of her graduate work, she completed an extended internship at the Tennessee State University College of Business between September 2006 and July 2007, under the mentorship of Dr. Jeffrey Sam Siekpe and Dr. Sharon Thach. Her research examined patterns of student internet usage using structured methods such as surveys and focus groups. During this period, she also connected with local startups in Nashville, attended entrepreneurial seminars, and participated in events organized by the Nashville Chamber of Commerce, gaining insight into how American businesses build and scale.
Ines has consistently expanded her professional knowledge through training programs in several countries. In 2014, she was selected for the U.S. State Department’s TechWomen program, working with Adobe Systems in San Francisco and San Jose on topics including machine learning, Agile methodology, digital marketing, and agile systems. She later completed the HIVE leadership program in Los Angeles in 2017, focusing on global leadership and purpose-driven work. Additional certifications include a World Bank Certificate of Distinction on the Future of Work, advanced Scrum training, programs on communication and critical thinking, ISO for Executives, and a negotiation course for sales teams through the MAP Organization in Tunis in 2011.
Ines launched her formal career in 2007 with the founding of WebPower Digital Marketing Agency in Tunisia, concentrating on branding, search engine optimization, online reputation management, and early developments in Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR), and AI-driven marketing solutions. The agency became recognized for helping organizations strengthen their digital presence through systematic and data-based approaches. In 2019, she expanded into the United States with the establishment of WebPower USA LLC in Los Angeles, a company designed to support small and medium-sized firms seeking to modernize their systems or enter the American market. The firm offers services in digital transformation, brand positioning, and market-entry strategies.
In addition to her companies, Nasri has initiated programs and events to support entrepreneurs and business leaders. She created the Online Growth Accelerator Program, which assists companies in scaling through enhanced branding and digital process optimization. She also launched Tunisia Digital Day, a regional event in North Africa that educates business leaders on emerging digital technologies and how to harness them for growth. Nasri established the Business Booster Program Grant in partnership with the United States State Department to assist international entrepreneurs pursuing business expansion in the United States.
Another pillar of her work is The Digital Academy, a training platform for her team members in both Tunisia and the United States. The academy offers weekly sessions covering communication, technical systems, and English proficiency. Topics include AI-driven marketing, brand voice, and emerging SEO techniques, ensuring that staff remain prepared for rapid developments in the digital sector.
Beyond her entrepreneurial work, Ines is an active speaker and mentor. She has been invited to speak at global conferences such as the IEEE TEMSCON Global Conference in San Diego (2025), the B2B Marketing Expo in Los Angeles (2023 and 2024), the SelectUSA Investment Summit (since 2023), the Women Next Level Business Event in Burbank (2024), the Portugal Smart Cities Summit (2019), and the Founder Institute Tunisia (2021), among other global events. She is a mentor at SCORE, Pacific Community Ventures, and SelectUSA Global Women in Tech, advising entrepreneurs and business executives on digital transformation, business structure, international market entry, brand strategy, and long-term growth.
Her expertise has been highlighted by numerous media outlets. She has appeared on BBC Arabic to discuss digital transformation and on Alhurra TV to speak about women in technology and entrepreneurship. She has also been featured on El Hiwar Ettounsi, El Wataniya 2, and major Tunisian radio stations, including Mosaïque FM, Shems FM, Diwan FM, Al Hurra TV, and RTCI. Her written contributions include articles for Managers Magazine in Tunisia, the Forbes Business Council, and commentary on business recovery in the California Business Journal. She has also been featured in The Mainstream, where she shares insights on artificial intelligence, digital marketing, entrepreneurship, and global business trends.
Ines serves on the board of The Laurel Foundation (since 2024) and on the advisory board of the Indus International Research Foundation (since 2023). She has served as a jury member for the Tunisian Digital Awards (2021), the Falling Walls Lab (2019), the Pros d’Or Awards in Tunisia (2019), and the Tunisia Digital Awards in 2016, where she was both founder and jury president. Her honors include recognition as a Leader of Influence by the Los Angeles Business Journal (2024), inclusion in Marquis Who’s Who in America, the Iconic Woman Creating a Better World for All award from the Women Economic Forum (2020), the Woman of the Year in Digital Technology award from the ARVEA Women Awards (2018), and the Success Quarterly Award in the Business Category for Q1 2025. She is also the winner of the 2025 Fortuna Global Excellence Award, celebrated in Dubai for Inspiring Growth Leader of the Year, representing the United States.
Ines lives in Los Angeles, California, with her husband and two cats, Touta and Nasnoussa. She continues to lead her companies while supporting the next generation of entrepreneurs through mentorship, education, and digital innovation. Among her future plans is launching three mentoring programs designed for entrepreneurs, foreign investors, and small businesses seeking to leverage opportunities created by the LA28 Olympics and upcoming major events.
