It's okay to breathe. In today's time, we all have felt a sense of no motivation, relaxation, or self-love at some moment. Especially, Coronavirus (COVID-19) having some in quarantine, has overlooked their appearance or don't appreciate themselves as much as they should. We need to make a negative a positive. Many have used the time to focus on self-love and care. Millions have technology in their back pockets today, this opens more windows for resources. Journaling, daily positive affirmation reminders, and online therapy sessions are just the start of resources that is open for people to use to improve their mental health and self-love. Another topic many think about when wanting to improve their mental health is overthinking to thinking that we don't deserve time for ourselves and seems selfish. People have chaotic schedules, school, or work. However, it's more vital to set time for destressing and to calm down when we feel as we're drowning in priorities and work. It can easy as, having 20 minutes set aside for you to be alone and do what pleases you. We all are worthy of self-love for ourselves.
