Ancient history has been found with proven health benefits of olive oil. The use of olive oil has been found in the everyday use of most health-conscious people. But Olive Oil is not just an ordinary oil. it is full of so many health benefits from beauty and internal health to your overall well-being. Here is a little about the composition of Olive Oil. It is mainly composed of Oleic acid and Phenolic acid, palmitic acid, and Linoleic acid. It is odorless and not acidic. The composition of Olive Oil makes it favorable for everything use however there is a difference between the Olive Oil used internally than those used externally. It is not recommended to use Olive Oil for internal use to use it externally as it might clog the pores of the skin and can cause acne to break out.

It helps to reduce inflammation of any type, both external and internal. Unlike other oils, the fats found in the Oleic acid of Olive oil are saturated fats with Omega-9 in them which keeps the arteries of our heart smooth and unclogged.

The doctor said it is Gallstones in my Gallbladder causing that pain, so my gallbladder has to be removed in order to get rid of this excruciating pain.
