Eat healthy diet.

Eating healthy food makes body and mind function smoothly. We must never neglect our meals and have at least one fruit and a leafy vegetable every day. 

Do one thing that makes you happy each day. 

We feel pleasant and happy when we do something we love. So making ourselves and our mind and heart happy everyday is an important ingredient for a happy and healthy mind. You can watch your favorite movies or TV shows, listen to your favorite music, read your favorite books or just simply go down in memory lane and re live the good times of your life. Re start a hobby which you had to stop because life got busy. So today think of your old days and restart a hobby which was your favorite past time in those days. 

Fix hours and time to sleep. 

Getting enough sleep is highly recommended for an active mental life. We must sleep and wake up at the same time each and everyday. Sleeping well is very crucial for a healthy mind and body.
