SIX STEPS ON HOW TO CREATE MORNING PEACE

Peace of mind is incomparable to anything in terms of value. For humanity, it’s the driving force and the platform for greater achievements in life. As a rev to the engine, achieving peace of mind in the morning sets you ready for the day. Make it a priority and be glad for the gift of life.

The day starts in the morning. Therefore, you can influence your day by how you prepare in the morning. With the daily hustle-bustle in the world, you need mental stamina to kickstart your day and live it with passion.

To achieve peace of mind, you need to consider what you do right after bed to the time you leave the house.

Morning hours prove very important for a whole’s day work. If you miscalculate in your mourning rituals, most people report having bad luck the rest of the day.

Wake up early and commit to a routine

Starting the day some hours earlier than 6 AM  gives you more time to prepare for the day's activities and a start to a peaceful day. You become more focused on what to achieve.

On the other side, dragging out of bed, snoozing the alarm clock makes you feel weak and may affect your psyche for the rest of the day as you feel unprepared to face it.

As a martial art practitioner, I wake up at 4 AM and I have observed several benefits with the most predominant being great focus during the day. At work, my enthusiasm has been commendable even by new customers visiting the business due to my unending liveliness.

I experience positive changes through discipline in following a schedule for the morning hours.

Just a thought, what do you do in the morning after waking up, and before heading out for work?

Successful examples of practitioners to emulate

In an interview, he disclosed that he even has workout equipment in the bedroom. The morning routine helps keep fit and avoid anxiety which would cause time wastage.

  • The Rock, Dwayne Johnson, works out early as 4 AM. In a comment, while defining the meaning of a man, it's clear how much he values the routine daily, 24/7, and 365 days a year.

As a rule, he observes the routine daily and gets excited at the thought of going to the gym in the morning.

Here are six easy steps to create morning peace,

1. Drink a cup of warm water.

It is recommendable to have a cup of warm, not cold, and no hot water. It's ideal for your body's movements and gives you a good start by cleansing the digestive system and making you feel light.

Coffee, may also be an option but not the first thing after bed because it results in hydration and increased body metabolism.

2. Read a book.

The world involves every level of life

Waking up to new knowledge would make a huge difference in your day. I read a bible chapter, right after bed while seeping onto a cup of minted water. Choose to read what you like but make an effort for some literature that’s valuable.

Gather knowledge in the morning and the mind adapts to be attentive for the rest of the day.

3. Do some exercises.

Think of exercise to your body as rev to an engine.

Be it yoga, karate, or weight lifting, spending some minutes in the gym, for work out strengthens the body. Exercises ‘launch’ your body for action and you feel more active and creative.

Scientists have recorded that a constant exercise routine sharpens your memory and alertness than most people.

4. Have some quiet time.

Meditation, one of my favorite morning practices, prepares my spiritual aspect to face the day by bringing inner peace into my life. After meditation, you become clear about what to do and why.

Here is a good choice of calming meditation from Bob Proctor and it has transformed my life into a great one I never thought of experiencing.

Meditation is a practice to achieve mental peace as it clears negative emotions and increases hope in the present situations. It helps avoid worry and anxiety by listening to your emotions and concentrating on what is important to you.

5. Write down goals of the day

You did wake up to achieve something, right? Then list down your goals.

Well, for you to succeed at attaining what you desire, think on paper. Don’t trust your mind to remember what you plan to do because it moves from one thought to the other, without your consent.

Ideas on paper have power as the mind can reference it unlike when not written, your mind regards it as a wish, any other fancy thought.

6. Recite positive affirmations

You indeed become what you think. To condition, the mind for positivity, recite some words which bear good meaning to your soul. For example,

  • I’m beauty and brain combined.
  • Every person makes mistakes, even me, and that’s okay.
  • Each day I’m becoming successful and successful.
  • I am more powerful than I think.
  • No matter what happens in life, I choose to remain positive.
  • I choose to forgive myself for every mistake because I didn’t know better.

Read the above affirmations again.

Now practice reciting them every day you wake up. Over time, the mind believes the commands and accepts them as reality. In turn, you will feel more powerful and positive after every recitation.

The bottom line

Peace of mind is incomparable to anything in terms of value. For humanity, it’s the driving force and the platform for greater achievements in life. Make it a priority to seek the peace of mind first each morning you wake up and be glad for the gift of life.

As Bob Proctor says,

Peace of mind is the greatest piece of jewelry in life.
