When it comes to a laugh, what makes a joke good? For each demographic, class, gender, race, and person the amount of humor varies with a given joke. So again, what defines a “comedic genius” from just another “dad jokester?” while analyzing trends on platforms such as TikTok, FaceBook, Reddit, and Twitter, you start to find a trend; a formula that has taken over. Who decides that these are the funny jokes? It if firmly believed that humor derives itself in a yearning to find joy, as well as community. If the majority laughs, you are enticed to laugh and find joy as well.
