These days you hear it more often because of the high demand for superhero movies that comic book fans crave and Hollywood keeps pumping out. The box office earnings from the last few popular superhero movies have been outstanding. Movies such as Avengers and BlackPanther have left everyone wanting more. Not only do the fans love the superpowers of the characters but they also love and admire these characters in shape bodies. Everyone wants to have a beautiful body like their favorite superhero. People are willing to do anything to have in shape body. this is why we numerous diet plans and products out there. Can a cheat day or two help someone who is having trouble losing weight?  the concept behind a cheat day is you get healthy foods the majority of the time and have one or two days where you can eat whatever you want. A perfect example is you have seven days in a week Monday - Friday you would eat healthily and Saturday and Sunday would be your cheat days. The concept seems simple but it can be complex depending on the individual doing it. Having a cheat day could be helpful for some to lose weight or it can be very hard, but with all of the other unhealthy diet plans out there this cheat day concept could be worth a try.
