In the last 15 years, we as individuals and societies have embraced healthy eating habits, living conditions, and self awareness on our physical appearance.
Each of us are born with physical & hereditary traits which we did not take part in creating, mostly used for a greater purpose, for years healthier living has been a super promoted characteristic in whole, but the underlying issue is continued being questioned in today's advancement of culture.

The knowledge and concepts shared from the ancient race of Egyptians to the Romans, medicine was once praised as the all-curing agent in moment of illness and unknown supernatural occurrence, but today's world genetic traits plays a major role in self wellness. What is wellness? each of us have our own agenda and description, too many of us are well educated in particular areas of health, still unhealthy living habits decreases our chance of longevity. To begin, where do we start, it is a fact that although we are living longer, becoming bigger faster stronger, yet in America there are still nutritional statistics tells us that we are consuming higher amounts of sugar, salts,  and fats. Increasingly changing data from the government tells us something shocking and leaves us with questions like "have not at all evolved". Medicine is currently the number one remedy when it comes to the common cold, headaches and physical pains. Understanding the many benefits of health and wellness, because it will ensure the future generations to further reproduce strong children. In the last 10 years, the organic society has become the brand name for people who choose higher quality nutritional foods and beverages. The beacon of our success lives in the traditional habits unforgotten knowledge

One of the roles of the mass media marketing play is to persuade the average consumers & uninformed about what to eat, drink, live, dress just to name a few. Wellness has to do with more than just drinking a bottle of (*PH*) balanced water, when our diet consists of ingredients that have nutrients with what the body is aligned with, there are great results we see with physical appearance and cognitive ability. Personal testimonies have shed light on dieting, and how their lifestyle changed dramatically for them afterwards. Today's top food and beverage company's have transformed their menu to adapt to the marketing of appealing to the just about all walks of life and the success has been working, for many others who have yet to be exposed it will only be a matter of time. It is not exclusive to the few no matter what background you spring from, or what race you are, bad eating habits and poor diets leads to diseases, illness, obesity, and generational negative traits , but that doesn't have to come to and end cycle, everyday is fresh start, it's a choice to put on a strong mindset and make change. The United States and abroad has seen a shift to using natural herbs and medicine as part of the regular diet, from body building to extreme weight loss, herbs, roots, pharmaceutical medicine has been able to grow its market because people are looking for non-traditional ways of attaining healthy living. Being apart of the generation x healthy living wasn't being offered like on a menu at your local fast food chain, instead it was only promoted though sports, not seen much on tv, gyms or other health clubs, today, there are tons of way to get connected and stay connected.

perfecting personal wellness does not have to be treated as a sustained monthy bill, there are tons of phone apps and free downloadable material on the internet that's available at the finger tips, however although healthy eating, and proper exercising will get you promising results, you will still need proper rest/sleep, lots of water as that plays the Chief part in achieving progress. I believe that as adults, many of after high-school tend to not care much about exercising or sports related activities. Smoking cigarettes, tobacco products, and alcohol products will cause damage to the body, also consuming these products irregularly it is more likely to be carried on through children or their children. Water, proper diet, sleep, career choice, all plays big major part into your overall health and wellness, sometimes drinking a cup of tea, will cure a soar throat or the coughs. I believe there has been a huge influx of people from different countries who want to come into America not only because America is filled with mixture of food choices, but because the accessibilities of it.  Numerous cultures take it seriously about the type of food you should consume, for instance the Muslim's, Native Indian tribes, many West African nations, and some societies in the united states. The importance of the kind of information is extremely important too and how that message gets carried to the individual.

There isn't a step by step on how to eat properly because it varies from individual to individual, but it will help if the individual gets involved into the study, staying connected with health forums, regular health check-ups, exercise, sleep, healthy food choice is the key in understanding what is essential for him.
