Interesting how they mention time healing all wounds. In my experience, time only helps if you're both actively working on the issues.
I found the research about family meals reducing anxiety and depression particularly interesting. Makes so much sense now that I think about it.
The article could have mentioned more about potential solutions instead of just focusing on the problems.
