Don't get fooled into their toxic environment; instead, be the bigger person. Prevent yourself from getting sucked into their toxicity. If you know someone that is a toxic individual, it's time to take action to restrain yourself from becoming the next toxic person.

Here are different ways to deal with a toxic person:

1. Stay Away From The Toxic People In Your Life

Ignoring toxic people is the best way to deal with them. The more you stay away from a toxic person, the less likely you will get sucked into their toxicity. If you ignore them, you won't be able to feed into any of their pessimistic power.

However, if you keep toxic people around in your life, they will continue to seek a negative reaction from you. When they have the opportunity, they will continue to manipulate you. They will continue to guilt trip you as long as you allow them to. When you don't ignore any of their harmful tactics, they will continue to pester you.

The solution to this problem is to do whatever is necessary to remove them from your life. Whether it's blocking toxic individuals from your social media platforms such as Snapchat or Facebook, do it! Unfollow the toxic person on your Instagram. If you have them stored as your contacts in your email or phone, block them.

If the toxic individuals are at your workplace, school, or at home, keep your distance from them. If the toxic person tries to have a conversation with you, walk away or keep the chat to a minimum. Report the toxic individuals to someone you trust to make sure that they stay away from you. If you must, contact the authorities for further action to be taken.

Repeat this in your mind, ignore! ignore! ignore! Train your mind to find ways to block the toxic individuals out of your life. There's no need for the toxic individual to know about your whereabouts, your wellbeing, or even have access to you.

You don't owe them an explanation as to why you are ignoring them. You are not obligated to stay in a toxic person's life. It's time to cut them off and move on with your life. Don't allow a toxic individual to drain your energy.

When you ignore their pessimistic behaviors, they will lose their power and take it elsewhere.
