5 Ways To Stay Positive!

If you want some good tips on keeping a positive mindset, look no further. I have 5 sure ways to pull yourself out of negative thoughts, even in the toughest of times.
I hope you always find a reason to smile.

Smile BIG!

Smiling is scientifically proven to stimulate endorphins and bring your spirits up. It might sound silly and it might feel silly, especially if you're having a not so great day, but I guarantee a big smile will bring your vibes up. Smiling is contagious, just smiling and creating a ripple effect of smiles can brighten the mood of an entire room, If you want those positive vibes to start coursing through you try to wake up with a smile.

Listen to your favorite positive music every day and sing it loud!

Singing and dancing to your favorite jams are sure-fire ways to keep your day positive. When we listen to music it affects every fiber in our being and allows us to let go of any negative feelings or vibes we are having, which leads me to my next way to stay positive.

LET IT GO!

Never let a bad yesterday ruin a good today. If you are constantly holding on to negative moments or thoughts that weigh you down, your energy will fade, life has so much to offer us so take a moment to take it all in. Step outside and look at what you see around you, the trees, the birds, and the bees. People walking by, life goes on and is constantly changing and adapting to new situations. if you hold on to the negative you lose room for all the positive.

Have you ever heard the saying, "when one door closes another door opens?"

It's true, life may throw a thousand things at you but if you can train your mindset to look for the positive in every negative and take it as a learning experience and let go of any harsh feelings, positive energy will stay with you.

Don't Compare!

Don't compare yourself to others, keep on keeping on my friend. Every single person in this world is beautiful and that includes you! If you keep working toward your goals and do it with every fiber of your being, you will reach them in your own time! Never give up and always stay hustling. Drown out any noise from others and stick to your path because it is your own. Don't compare yourself to others live a life that is empowering to you and happiness will follow you. When you start living a life that is filled with self-empowerment you are bound to live a positive and happy life.

"The mind is everything, what you think you become".- buddha

Talk to yourself!

Now, this might sound a little crazy, like what ... talk to yourself? Yes, talk to yourself! The way you speak to yourself is going to impact your mindset far more than the way others speak to you. Write positive quotes down on sticky notes and stick them to your mirror so you see them every single morning. Tell yourself how beautiful and wonderful you are. There is only one you in this world so take care of yourself. If you start your day off by smiling and telling yourself how awesome you are I guarantee you that you are going to stay positive. If you are dealing with a hard time set an alarm that goes off every hour with a title of positive words. love yourself, my friend, you are worthy. Stay resilient because even on the worst of days when you are feeling down YOU ARE HERE!

Live life to the fullest and practice having a positive mindset every single day and good things will come your way! Much love brothers and sisters!

This article makes staying positive sound so simple, but in reality it's much harder. Some days I can barely get out of bed, let alone dance to music.

I disagree about talking to yourself. Won't that just make you seem crazy to others? Not sure I can get behind that one.

4

The music suggestion really resonates with me. I created a 'happy playlist' last month and it's been a game changer for my morning routine.

8

These tips are exactly what I needed today! I've been struggling with negativity lately and will definitely try the smiling technique tomorrow morning.

Helpful Tips On Becoming A Nicer Person And Feel Great Doing It

Who wouldn't want to be a nice and caring person? Nice and caring people feel great about themselves. They share their kindness with the world because they have good hearts. People with high self-esteem and confidence treat others in a generous and caring way. On the other hand, some people think being nice is a sign of weakness. Others see nice people as vulnerable individuals and push-overs. Some people believe nice people are people pleasers and are playing nice to get what they want. Although this may feel true, there are many reasons why someone would want to become a nicer person. Nice people help others when they are in need. They are always there for you when you need them. When you are a nice person, people respect and appreciate you. Besides, people hang around those that are nice and caring instead of those that are bitter and mean.

10 Simple Things You Can Do To Set Yourself Up For A Good Day

Days typically fall into three different categories: the good, the bad, and those that land in between, those ho-hum days that just aren’t memorable. Experiencing all three types at one point or another is simply part of being human. We all live through our fair share of good, bad, and in-the-middle days, and we have become comfortable with that. We’ve come to terms with the fact that not all days are good; some are bad, and some are just so-so. We’ve accepted this as just how it is, and we’ve become complacent about changing the outcome of our days. Everyone has bad days. They are challenging, but they are a part of life. To be cliché, one could say that experiencing bad days allows us to truly value and cherish the good days.

8 Reasons Why We Need To Change Our Inner Dialogues Right Now

How often do you catch yourself saying something negative about how you look, something you’ve done, or something you’ve said? Chances are it’s pretty frequent. Self-criticism is the umbrella over all the mean, harsh things you say to yourself about who and what you are. To be self-critical means that you talk to yourself in a way that is negative and cruel, and while your intention may be good, the outcome rarely ever is. This talk track manifests toxicity and is a breeding ground for self-hatred. We are often critical of ourselves in order to force growth and development. We aren’t content with how we are, and we take charge of the discontent by mercilessly criticizing ourselves and our actions, attempting to create the change we desire.

The 12 Best Ways To Lift Your Mood Right Now

Everyone encounters blue days every now and then; they’re a part of the human experience. With happiness comes sadness, with positivity comes negativity, with sunshine, comes the rain. We must assume and accept that the down days will and do occur, and that’s not always in our control. Bad days can be caused by many things, both tangible and intangible. Your car might not start in the morning, your dog could’ve torn up your favorite shoe, you might have woken up late and had to skip breakfast, you could’ve found out you didn’t get the promotion at work. Days like this are to be expected. Yes, you will most likely experience more good days than bad, but you must expect a bad day to be sprinkled in the mix on occasion.
